Alice Jarry

Biography

Through a site specific practice, Alice Jarry’s digital art installations explore the role and impact of materiality in the generation of dynamic forms, accidental and fleeting. She is a PhD candidate at the Études et pratiques des arts doctorate at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and teaches in Design and Computation Arts at Concordia University. Her work was recently presented at the Nemo Biennale (Paris), the Museo nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia “Leonardo da Vinci” (Milan), the Device_Art Triennal (Zagreb), the Invisible Dog Art Center (New York) and the Manège de Sury as part of Mons 2015 (Belgium). http://www.alicejarry.com
