Béchard Hudon
Forest Monologue
2027.01.15 – 03.13
The Outaouais’ old-growth forests that Béchard Hudon observed, listened to, and explored over several months represent not only intricate and fragile ecosystems, but also research sites that demand humility and respect. These forests are unruly spaces where the ground is strewn with decomposing wood—shelter for countless species—and forms the crucial link that transforms death into new life. This exhibit instils a sense of wonder at nature’s larger-than-life grandeur.
