Monique Moumblow
Monique Moumblow lives in Montreal. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD) in 1992, and earned a master’s degree from Concordia University in 2009. Her work comprises single-channel video pieces, video installations, and fiction writing. She also writes about the work of video and performance artists.
Her works have been featured in festivals, galleries, and museums in Quebec, Canada, and internationally; some are in institutional and private collections. The winner of several prestigious awards, Moumblow teaches in Studio Arts at Concordia University. Her works are distributed by Vidéographe, Vtape, and Groupe Intervention Vidéo (GIV).
