Nicolas Baier
Nicolas Baier lives and works in Montreal.
His photography has been the subject of solo and group exhibitions, particularly at VOX (2002), Galerie René Blouin and Toronto’s TWP Gallery (2001) and at the Biennale de Montréal (2000). In 2001, Nicolas Baier won the Prix Pierre-Ayot, awarded on the basis of excellence to a young artist. A solo exhibition of his photographs will be presented at the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal in the fall of 2003. His work is found in various collections, including that of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. [Source : 2003, VOX]
