Pascal Grandmaison
Pascal Grandmaison (1975–) is a Canadian artist who lives and works in Montréal. In his practice he explores, among others, how images influence perception and the understanding of the concept of infinity. His work has been featured in numerous solo and group shows, including Expo 67, Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal (2017); Intersections: Contemporary Artist Films, Audain Art Museum (Whistler, 2016); Installations, Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec (Québec City, 2016); All membranes are porous, Kamloops Art Gallery (2016); and La vie abstraite I, Diaz Contemporary Galerie (Toronto, 2015). His videos have been presented internationally, including at The Power Plant Gallery (Toronto, 2016), Haus der Kulturen des Welt (Berlin, 2014), Palais de Tokyo (Paris, 2014), and Centre Georges-Pompidou (Paris, 2011).
