Popular Education Workshop on Death Care and Home Funerals
As part of the work Le travail que l’on rêve gratuit, presented in the exhibition The Radical Imaginary: Reclaiming Value, this workshop on death care and home funerals aims to share knowledge and alternative practices to the conventional funeral industry.
For the occasion, the artist arkadi lavoie lachapelle will play the role of the deceased. Workshop participants are invited to bring something that represents their relationship with the artist to create an altar. Participation in the workshop can be direct (action and creation) or indirect (observation).
Everyone is welcome! A light buffet will be offered at the end of the workshop.
